Testing Limits



This scene was set up using some trees Danielle put together quickly for the official whitebox. I also built a quick structure with an interior.


I managed to do two tests moving around in a virtual space. I set the lighting and atmospheric fog to something close to what we may do. The idea for this test was to run around in the space and see how long a user could stay in before experiencing motion sickness. It varies between users, but the darker it is in certain areas the less nauseating the movement seems to be for the user. This second test experiments with pushing limits while in vr mode by using assets from Unreal's Kite Demo and Infinity Blade pack.
